2. Data we collect

• Account (if you sign in with Google): name, email address, profile picture and preferred language.
• Marketing consent: whether you checked the box to receive communications.
• In-app activity: symbols saved to favorites and pattern-game progress (correct answers, streaks).
• Basic technical data: IP address and usage data needed to operate, secure and rate-limit the Service.
• We do not collect financial data, card numbers or exchange credentials. The Service does not execute trades.

3. How we use your data (purposes and legal bases)

• Providing the Service (creating your account, saving your favorites and progress) — performance of a contract.
• Sending you news or communications only if you gave consent — consent (you may withdraw it at any time).
• Security, abuse prevention and Service improvement — legitimate interest.
• Complying with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Artificial intelligence

The Service uses OpenAI models to generate market explanations and short educational lessons. Messages sent to the AI contain market data (symbol, interval, detected patterns, price) — not your name or email.

AI responses are informational, may contain errors, and are not financial advice.

5. Who we share data with (subprocessors)

• Supabase (authentication and database) — hosts your account and activity.
• Google (Sign in with Google / OAuth) — verifies your identity. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Vercel (hosting) — infrastructure the Service runs on.
• OpenAI (AI processing) — receives market data only, as described above.
• Binance (public market data) — source of prices and candles; we do not send them your personal data.
• We do not sell or “share” (as defined by the CCPA) your personal information with third parties for advertising.

6. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (Supabase authentication cookies). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and request the appropriate consent.

7. International transfers

Our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where applicable (e.g., EU/UK users), we rely on recognized safeguards such as our providers' Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention

We keep your account and activity while your account remains active. If you request deletion, we erase your personal data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires retention.

9. Security

We apply reasonable measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security in the database (each user can only access their own data) and rate limiting. No system is 100% infallible.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. California: we do not sell or share personal information; you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise your rights, write to info@xentris.tech. You can also sign out and request account deletion through that address. EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.

11. Children

The Service deals with financial markets and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
