1. What the Service is

The Service is an educational and informational tool that charts public cryptocurrency market data, automatically detects Japanese candlestick patterns, generates AI explanations, and offers a game to practice pattern recognition.

2. Not financial advice

NOTHING in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Verdicts, signals, scores and generated text (including AI output) are informational, may contain errors and do not guarantee results.

Trading cryptocurrencies involves high risk, including total loss of capital. Every decision you make is solely your responsibility. Consult a licensed financial advisor before investing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. The Service may not be available or appropriate in all jurisdictions; you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

4. Accounts

You may use parts of the Service without an account. By signing in with Google you agree to provide truthful information and keep your account secure. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Do not attempt to breach security, abusively scrape, overload the infrastructure or evade usage limits.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as professional advice.
• Do not present AI-generated content as certified human analysis.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, the Xentris brand and our own content belong to us or are licensed to us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party services

The Service displays market data provided by third parties (Binance) and uses providers such as Google (sign-in), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and OpenAI (AI). We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability or continuity of third-party data and services.

8. AI-generated content

Explanations and lessons are generated by AI models and provided “as is”. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. You must independently verify information before acting on it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XENTRIS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR OPPORTUNITIES (INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES), ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using it and request account deletion at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your residence mandatorily provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
